Alto Sax, Cornet, Horns, Baritone Play that note that is held very
quietly but with a lot of intensity.
- Everyone who has the long note one measure after B I want an
accent that sounds like a forte piano, and then bring it down

-Parts that play stacatto eighth notes, and two and, very light
and detached.
-Low Brass and winds who have the melody should play the line with
bounce but not too detached.
-two measures before J, forte piano, cresc
-eighth notes parts bring out your part more to help keep motion
and build up to J
-exeggerated the accents

-Oboe, 3rd
clarinet, Alto Sax, Cornets, Trumpets, Horns, 1st
and 2nd
Trombones, Baritone. Accent eighth notes to bring them out, it
should sound as if the band is constantly playing eight notes.
-People with half notes and quarter notes come back in volume a
little bit so the other parts could be heard, play smoothly
-

-Parts with half and quarter notes play as if it is slurred even
if it isn't marked, play smoothly.
-Tuba, Bass Clarinet, play part so that it is round sounding and
not short and punchy
-Moving eighth notes, bring out part but don't play too loud
because you are all playing in unison so it is going to be loud
naturally. Bring out accents and really stress the slurs.
-

-Horns and Cornets, really accent the down beat, use the eighth
note to bounce off of, turn the dotted quarter into a quarter with
an eighth rest.
-everyone except for trombone and baritones two measures before M,
bring it down and build up to M
-Trombones and Baritones play the part loud but not so loud that
you can not build from it, and keep and clean tone there, don't
splat.

-Baritones, Tenor Sax, Alto Clarinet, Bassoons have the melody.
-Flutes and Horns Bring out Counter Melody Parts
-Clarinets stagger breathing if you have to breath, I don't want to
hear any breaths
-Trumpets come in quiet but pronounced, fanfare like.

N -Horns and Alto Sax bring parts out, I want to hear more
horn than sax though
-Bring out the parts where you have eighth notes.
-Trumpets build into O

O -Flutes, Clarinets, Eb Clarinet, 1st Clarinet
have melody at O
-Accent beat 4 going into P

P -Decrescendo through the section
-Accent beat two into Q

-Bass Clarinet accent into beat one -may ask one tuba to play
-Stacatto notes really detached and bring accents out in the melody

-Bring out eighth notes in the third and fourth measures after R
-Trombones, Tubas, Horns. Light round playing like a ball bouncing
-Melody stacatto, bring out accents, play smoothly on slurs.
