Message from Frank Mols
Bishop Library is currently conducting searches to fill two professional librarian positions. The Access Services Librarian will be responsible for managing circulation, reserves, stack maintenance, interlibrary loan, document delivery and the College Archives. Members of the Search Committee are: Tom Hanrahan, Julia Harvey, Donna Miller, Frank Mols, and Matt Sayers.
The Systems and Electronic Services Librarian will manage the integrated library system, access to electronic databases and journals, and user authentication as well as participate in the design and maintenance of the library web presence. Members of this Search Committee are: Julia Harvey, Andy Marsh, Donna Miller, Frank Mols, and Dave Shapiro.
Once hired, these librarians will also provide reference service, assist with collection development, and participate in library instruction.
The Committees are in the process of reviewing applicants and identifying finalists to invite to campus. A public presentation will be part of the campus interview. Please watch for the announcements.
