The IT Services Help Desk and Solutions Center is an online collection of technology articles, online resources, training materials, tip sheets and computer workshop handouts. This extension of our Help Desk combines all groups within IT Services (Client Services, Information Management Services and Technical Services) to provide you with support solutions for a wide variety of issues and services.
The right side of this site includes useful resources and links, a growing list of topics and articles and RSS feeds. You can also search for keywords or tags, and request to be notified anytime a new article is published.
This online approach will allow you to find articles, tip and tricks, and contact us with suggested topics or your own personal insights.

Help Desk Hours of Operation for Phone or Walk-in Service:
During the fall and spring semesters:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
During the Summer:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
After hours, please report widespread or critical problems to the Office of Public Safety (ext 6111 or 867-6111). The officer on duty will contact someone in IT.
