All Official college business sent via email will be sent to your LVC email address directly.

For Instructors

Since important College-related information is being sent to instructors’ email, it is critical that instructors are reading their LVC email on a regular basis. This can be accomplished three different ways:

  1. Check your LVC email via MyLVC;
  2. Configure your smart phone to Sync your LVC email; or
  3. Forward your LVC email to a personal account.(If you are an instructor whose LVC email box is not being checked regularly, and you would like it forwarded to a personal email account, please send an email to Joy Albright at albright@lvc.edu requesting assistance.)

For Students

Important email sent to your LVC mailbox is class cancellations, College closings, changes in schedules, email from your instructor(s) and advisor(s), etc. Students may forward their LVC email to a non-LVC email service at their own risk. The College neither guarantees nor takes responsibility for the delivery, security or privacy of email messages once they leave the LVC network or LVC-hosted services. Students can check their email three different ways:

  1. Via MyLVC;
  2. Configure your smart phone to Sync your LVC WebMail; or
  3. Forward Your LVC WebMail to a personal account.
